I have always loved variscite and this stone - Ivory Creek Variscite is one of my favorites. I love the stark contrast between the eggshell cream color with the mocha, almost black spiderweb-similar to a cracking appearance. It is such an exotic stone. This is set in sterling silver with a hand-stamped horizon, oxidized to bring out the depth in the stone and given a satin finish. The back of the pendant feathers my makers mark.
